FV34 Full View Fireplace

This is actually the THIRD insert/fireplace we have purchased from Poulsen Ace Hardware. Several years ago we purchased a free standing gas stove for our sun room and liked it so much we bought an insert for our wood fireplace box. Both were installed timely and professionally. Any questions we had were answered immediately.

This last purchase was in October 2015 for a new house we were building for a family member. We are just getting installed now and had several issues with the installation by our heating, air/conditioning person who was doing the entire house. The Hearth Team again was right there to answer all the questions and resolve any issues. The warranty was good and the controller was replaced immediately. There is nowhere in the region that compares!!!
